Visa Recognizes Banesco’s Service for the Fourth Consecutive Year
Banesco Banco Universal, a bank institution of 100% Venezuelan capital leaded by Juan Carlos Escotet, was recognized for the fourth consecutive year from Visa for its Quality in the Performance of its Service in 2015 as an issuer of Consumer Credit Products in the category of Effectiveness Against Fraud, which, at the same time is related to the category of Multinational Institution.
With these awards, this brand tries to highlight the performance of different financial institutions with which it operates across the world.
Luleyma Escalante, Executive Director of Banesco, explained that the cause in this indicator is the result of the analysis, processing and settlement of each claim of the card members of the bank in a very effective way, which results in quality of service to customers, minimization of costs as well as through the provision of a well trained staff in the application of the operating rules of the Visa brand.
According to Luleyma Escalante, this award given by Visa is a great pride and clear demonstration of high level in the work performance that holds the Cards Operations team whose results have been very consistent over time.
