V Television and Oporto Wine Cellars Representing Abanca

Abanca presented last month the annual corporate governance report of the bank at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV); it is about a document in which, in addition to the remuneration of its directors and executives, it shows the representation they exercise in other companies within the group.

The president of the bank, Javier Etcheverría, apart from the place corresponding to his charge, does not occupy other consultant charge’s place. Apart from these companies, Juan Carlos Escotet is ranked in the counselor charge of Abanca Vida y Pensiones, representing Business Corporation Holding and Assets of Galicia, as well as the president in Abanca Holding Financiero, SA, which is a firm that controls 86, 79% of the bank’s capital.
