Juan Carlos Escotet Rodríguez: Banesco and the Best Attention to Social Network Cases
Banesco Banco Universal, financial institution leaded by Juan Carlos Escotet Rodríguez and with 100% Venezuelan capital, reported that during the first half of 2016 attended 11,479 cases through their social networks; the attention refers to consultations and requirements for products and services of the institution. The financial organization has official accounts on:

66.17% of the 11,479 cases received corresponded to Banesco’s customer requirements; 33.82% of cases were about inquiries by followers of the bank about their services and products.
@Banesco, the banks’ account on Twitter, remains the favorite social network by Banesco clients. In that social network, the bank adds more than 619 thousand followers. In addition to serving as a liaison for answering inquiries and requirements, the account offers content of interest on:

- fun facts and news about products, services or promotions bank.
On Facebook, Banesco has 248,336 followers, while on Instagram, during this semester, the bank exceeded 50 thousand followers. The YouTube channel “Banesco in Pictures” recorded more than 3.1 million views and 6,559 subscribers. At the end of June 2016 the Blog.banesco.com launched new image and it exceeded 5,186,987 million accumulated visits.
Among the activities for Banesco’s followers on social networks in the first half of the year, Banesco announced the winners of the Second Edition of the Contest Mobile Photography Venezuelan Architecture 2015 on Instagram, and presented awards to the top three (3 Cards TodoTicket with pre-paid amounts totaling Bs. 240,000). The book, which compiles the 32 best images on the architectural work in Venezuela, will be available in digital edition for free download soon.
Simultaneously, the Third Edition of the competition started, this time and it is dedicated to the “Portraits of Venezuela” in all its facets.
