More Than 40,000 Cases Solved Through Social Networks in 2015
Banesco Banco Universal, a 100% Venezuelan capital institution leaded by Juan Carlos Escotet, reported 40,645 attended cases through their social networks during 2015 between queries and requirements of their products and services. The financial institution has official accounts on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Youtube and LinkedIn, as well as having a blog.
In the 40,645 cases received, 56.75% correspond to customer requirements to Banesco; while 23.7% are queries of the followers of the financial institution about their services and products.
Among the activities carried out by the followers of the bank on social networks in the year 2015, Banesco edited and dubbed the first Book of mobile photography in Venezuela, entitled People undertaking ( Gente que emprende in Spanish) as part of the contest with the same name, which first published was through its Instagram account.
Simultaneously, the second edition of the competition was celebrated during 2015, this time dedicated to the Venezuelan architecture, which has just closed its nominations and the winners will be announced shortly.
Also, through the social network Twitter, the 5th Edition of the contest of Microfiction #C140 was performed. This contest had a massive and great participation of the public. These awards gave more than Bs. 180,000.
