Juan Carlos Escotet Rodríguez: Credits: The Link Between Clients and Banesco
The management of Banesco International was invited to a conference with members of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Venezuela (Asociación Jóvenes Empresarios de Venezuela in Spanish.) In that meeting, Juan Carlos Escotet Rodríguez, president of Banesco International, said that the bank has taken the credit as its main tool to be related to the Venezuelan society. Juan Carlos Escotet shared his experience and shared tips as an entrepreneur with about 50 members of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Venezuela.
In addition to that, Juan Carlos Escotet mentioned that for him and the bank, there are no perfect models. He believes that people can always improve what they do. He also stressed the importance of responsible companies understand that it is vital to develop what he calls “Brand awareness” which is translated what differentiates each company into benefits for the customer.
Another element taken into consideration for Banesco is innovation: a quality that should be an integral part of the enterprise, not only when talking about technology, but to provide that special help to new entrepreneurs to improve their processes and ideas. In the case of Banesco, Juan Carlos Escotet said that the bank is distinguished because it is an organization that communicates and informs, that is present in public life, which is in constant exchange with each of their audiences.
Since its creation, Banesco has developed important projects to meet the needs of the people, those needs that other brands and companies did not perceive or chose not to take due to possible risks involved, he said.
