Having a second cohort of graduates in this course is the culmination of an ongoing program that seeks to engage and encourage Banesco team to be opened to change, as this allows the institution to adapt quickly to both customer needs and to the market.
The academic ceremony took place recently at the auditorium of the Chancellor of the USB and was led by Oscar Gonzalez, Dean in charge of the Extension Department, representing authorities of the USB. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Banesco, Paola Boccia, executive director of the bank, attended the event.
Rosaly Rodriguez, Projects’ Manager and participant of the course, talked about the importance of the innovation as one of the organizational values of the bank, and because of this reason, the team must be spokespeople for this model of life, in order to connect with their partners helping them to leave their fears aside and allowing them to develop new things, thinking differently and bringing a great change in their lives.
According to Leonardo Del Valle, Specialist in Innovation and graduated from the course, the course allows all students to improve their research skills and creativity, helping them to find a suitable structure to deploy the innovative talent inside each one of the participants.
